Fujifilm GFX 100s with a digital output of 102 and 400 megapixels images.

102 megapixel image:
38.827" x 29.12" @ 300dpi (11648 pixels x 8736 pixels)

400 megapixel image:
58.16" x 77.547 @ 300dpi17448 pixels x 23264
